Online Art Therapy

For Children and Adults!


Is your child experiencing Emotional Based School Avoidance, Anxiety, or Autism Burnout? Incorporating therapeutic structure into their daily routine can offer a low-demand activity, providing an outlet for positive mental health support.


A safe space to create, draw, paint and communicate visually (rather than verbally) about feelings and emotions. Benefits of art therapy for children;

  • Increased sense of self belief and confidence.

  • Decreased anxiety.

  • Decreased stress.

  • Enables children the ability to express themselves without the need to be verbal.

  • Offers structure within child's day (especially in cases of EBSA/burnout/severe anxiety).



The 45 minute sessions are online via zoom, bespoke and 1:1. Each session is designed to meet your child's needs.


These sessions are great to book weekly or every second week. Ideal for ages 10 years old plus.




Adult Online Art Therapy Sessions can benefit you too!


Art Therapy can be a great way to give yourself, as the parent and carer of a neuro diverse child an outlet for mental health support. This guided, one hour, personalised art therapy session is 1:1.


It's a safe space to create, draw, paint and communicate visually about your own subconscious and conscious feelings and emotions. Benefits of art therapy can include:


  • Improved emotional regulation.

  • Decrease in brain fog.

  • Better sleep.

  • Increased sense of self.

  • Decreased anxiety.

  • Decreased stress.

  • Sense of connection and support.





You do not need to have any experience in art or even consider yourself creative! This session is not concerned with the outcome of the art work you produce but with the mindful process of creation.
