Service Description
Would you like a letter written to professionals (such as school) regarding reasonable adjustments that could be put into place, helping your child thrive? Perhaps your child has needs requiring some consideration of what reasonable adjustments could be made and you are unsure how to approach the school. Perhaps you need to write a letter of complaint about unmet needs within school. Perhaps you are unhappy with the reasonable adjustments already in place and you wish to make some changes but are not sure how to. Perhaps you feel that there is parental stigma from professionals at the school and you are feeling misunderstood, impacting on your child's needs being met. A letter can approach this parental stigma and discrimination. Let me help you. This service is completed entirely by email.
Cancellation Policy
Here at SEND PARENTING BALANCE we completely understand how chaotic life can be and last minute. If you need to reschedule an appointment please provide at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will charged the full session fee. For any reason I need to cancel a session, you will be refunded in full. For online sessions, please join from a confidential, quiet space where we can speak openly and freely. Coaching sessions may involve discussing sensitive topics related to your child in which you may not wish for children to overhear. We appreciate how hard it can be to get childcare for children with neuro diverse needs, perhaps appointments can be coupled with tablet and headphones, alternatively headphones for yourself? Children are welcome, of course, together we can try and work around any adaptations you may require.
